The Christian Living Book Series for small groups is now ready to reach women in local churches across the Korea Union Conference (KUC) territory this year. Designed specifically for women, this impactful resource aims to train, teach, and inspire them to live a Christian life by following Jesus' example every day. This series already is making a profound difference in the lives of thousands of women and church members.
Developed collaboratively by Women’s Ministries directors from the five fields within KUC, the books are contextualized to address the unique needs and challenges faced by women in Korea. Each volume features interactive chapters and practical lessons that integrate faith with daily living, making it an engaging and transformative resource for small group study.
The series not only focuses on personal spiritual growth but also equips women to share their faith with others. The lessons are designed to inspire women to be agents of change in their families, churches, and communities. By addressing real-life issues and offering biblical guidance, the books empower women to grow in faith and to reach others for Jesus.
Yoon Choung Sil, Women’s Ministries Director in the Korea Union, expressed the vision behind the project, stating, “Christian living is the secret to empowering women and their families. These books are tools to help women live out their faith and positively impact those around them.”
Local church leaders and members already have expressed excitement about the series, recognizing its potential to foster a deeper understanding of Christian principles and to strengthen relationships within small groups. Testimonies from early readers highlight the practical applications of the lessons and the encouragement found in sharing experiences with others.
As this series is distributed across the KUC territory, its impact is expected to grow, helping women live out their faith with confidence and joy. “By empowering women through Christian living, the church is nurturing a ripple effect of transformation that extends from individuals to families, and from families to entire communities, says Raquel Arrais, NSD WM Director.
This initiative underscores the church’s commitment to equipping women to live as disciples of Jesus, demonstrating His love and light in their daily lives.
