Women are inspired to be strong and courageous in the Czech Republic

Inter-European Division (EUD)

[Czech Republic] During a Women's Ministries Day, Denise Hochstrasser, EUD WM director, encouraged attendees to be "Eschet Chayil," meaning strong and courageous. Using the conference theme, "Old Virtues for a Modern Age," Hochstrasser examined the thirteen characteristics of the virtuous woman described in Proverbs 31 with the audience of three hundred women gathered in Havírov in the Moravian Region, May 28, 2016. She presented the virtuous woman with an unusual perspective, God's view of women.

The participants, whose ages spread between 14 and 72 years, realized that even little acts of service can be used and blessed by God to make miracles. The Holy Spirit touched their hearts, spilling over into break time when women interacted with each other through laughter and tears.
